Non-Profit Group Support
It
is KINL-FM and KEPS-AM’s mission to assist non-profit
groups to maximize on-air advertising budgets, enhance
events and to provide suggestions that could create
“better” well-attended events resulting in a greater
return on investment each year.

KINL-FM and KEPS-AM
are excited to launch the Non-Profit Group Support
Initiative. |

This initiative is
comprehensive and designed to assist our local
non-profit groups in the following areas: |

Stretch non-profit on-air budgets by implementing a
“spot match” program.

Provide “custom” on-air elements that would include
tickets or prizes where they make sense for our
listeners.

Facilitate introductions with “other” local
businesses that might be interested in supporting
“the” event.

Upon
request - provide recommendations on how to add
sponsors/create partnerships/and create an exciting
well attended event.

How the Spot Match
program works:
For every
paid announcement that your non-profit group books on
KINL-FM or KEPS-AM…after evaluation and approval, the
station/s will match the number of spots 100% at no
additional cost. |

Remotes/Special
Requests:
Remotes and other programming are available at a
discounted rate depending on avails |

Spot Match example:
Your group purchases 20 (Twenty) 60-second announcements
to air on KINL-FM. KINL-FM will run 20 (Twenty)
additional 60-second announcements to air 5a-5a during
your scheduled campaign. This program is designed to
help stretch budgets, air more listener invitations and
allows KINL-FM and KEPS-AM to strongly support groups
whose events we view to be of interest to our listeners. |

Public Service
Announcements:
Public Service Announcements will continue to air at
no-charge and will be programmed accordingly either as a
news item or will be aired in rotation with all other
PSA’s.
A
PSA request form
worksheet needs to be filled out in advance and
along with a script (30-words) submitted to the KINL-FM
and KEPS-AM offices for approval.
Please note that a Public Service Announcement is a
service provided to the public for free – for the
greater good of the community…for instance…free breast
cancer screenings, free prostate exams, free children
exams, lost items, wallets, hurricane preparation
warnings, and is not a local business offering a free
service to increase business. |

Community Unity Show:
Might be available depending on our avails. All PSA
will be recorded by our on air talent. Some exceptions
can be made with school organizations. |
